How To Change Your MT4 Password

1. To change your password login to your MetaTrader 4 platform and proceed to the menus which run across the top left of the platform.

2. Select “Tools” then scroll down to the “Options” tab as pictured below.

3. You should now see the Options window, select the “Server” tab, enter your password if it's not already there, then click on the “Change” button.

4. Now the Change Password window will appear. Enter the current password in field marked “1”, enter the new password in the field marked “2” hand confirm your new password in the field marked “3” then click “OK”.

Please note that your password must be at least 5 symbols long and must consist of a mix of lower and uppercase letters as well as at least 1 digit.

5. Finish by clicking on the “OK” button in the Options window as seen in the image below.
